General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services (GTC)

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services (GTC) govern:

- the sale of Mielseeds products (natural artisanal products, energy balls, honey, superfoods, argan oils, seeds, ...);

- the provision of related services:

· Sports coaching (online and in-person),

· Naturopathy support (online),

· Nutrition support (online).

Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 - Mielseeds Products

1. The products are made from natural ingredients and according to AFSCA standards.

2. The photos, descriptions, and visuals are non-contractual but accurate.

3. Food products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Article 4 - Services offered

Mielseeds proposes:

·       Sports coaching(online or in-person) ;

·       Naturopathy support(online) ;

·       Nutrition support(online).

Important clause

Naturopathy, nutrition, or coaching servicesdo not replace professional medical advice. The client remains responsible for their health.

Article 5 - Orders and Reservations

1.        Ordering a product or reserving a service constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions.

2.        Availability may vary.

3.        Mielseeds reserves the right to refuse an order in case of abuse, fraud, or payment issues.

Article 6 - Prices

1.        Prices are indicated in euros, VAT included.

2.        Mielseeds may change its prices at any time, but the applicable price remains that at the time of the order.

3.        Discounts, promotions, or offers may be temporarily available.

Article 7 - Payment

1.        Payment is required before delivery (products) or before the start of the service (coaching, naturopathy, nutrition) directly to the partner.

2.No late fees are charged, in accordance with Mielseeds' halal values.

3.        In case of a payment dispute, only thefair compensation for actual damagemay be requested.

8. Delivery

1.        Delivery is possible in Belgium and France.

2. The deadlines are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier.

3. Mielseeds cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to postal or logistics services.

9. Right of withdrawal

For products:

· The customer has 14 days to withdrawif the packaging has not been opened..

· No returns are accepted for opened food products.

For services:

· The 14-day right of withdrawal appliesas long as the service has not started..

· Once the service has started or been completed, no refunds are possible.

10. Intellectual property

All content related to Mielseeds (logo, design, content, texts, programs, photos, (non) sensitive recipes) is protected.

Any reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal data (GDPR)

1. Mielseeds only collects data necessary for managing orders and services.

2. Data is never sold to third parties.

3. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer can request access, modification, or deletion of their data.

12. Liability

1. Mielseeds is not responsible for improper use of the products.

2. The services provided do not replace medical follow-up.

3. No compensation will be due beyond the actual and objectively proven damage.

13. Disputes

These general terms and conditions are subject toBelgian law.

In case of dispute, the courts of the district of the domicile of the operator Mielseeds will have jurisdiction.
